Just trying to get the message out there, I hope this helps someone
NOTE TO FRIENDS
I had panic attack 8th-11th grade. Not fun. It was so scary. Signal boost.
Rule 1 of first aid for helping those suffering a panic attack: Keep your fucking self calm. Don’t flail around and scream for help. YOU need to take charge. YOU need to be there for the person suffering the attack.
Some helpful hints:
- Hold their arm/hand. Squeeze gently when you breathe in. Encourage them to breathe with you if they can.
- Stay calm.
- Ask them to count to one as they breathe in and out. Then count to two. Then three.
- Stay with them. Tell them you are staying with them.
- Get rid of crowds. No really.
- Remind them it will not last longer than twenty minutes. Reassure them you have been timing it and it’s nearly over.
- Stay calm. (Did I mention this…)
- When they have settled, give them a small drink and maybe something small to eat - lollipops or candy sweets are good.
- Don’t instantly want answers about the attack or trigger. Talk about something, literally ANYTHING ELSE.
- Stay calm.
[This comes from being a certified first aider at work, having a panic and anxiety disorder myself and having a student with severe attacks - I’ve dealt with four this week alone.]
This is incredibly good advice.
Why am I always listening to this song when I’m CLEANING?
Here’s my robotsona for effsie's fun drawing prompt!
I feel that, although robot guns and jet rockets are cool, generally I’m a pacifist who quietly observes other people. Thus, my robot is always connected to others… in a distant sort of way.
I wish someone would randomly tell me little facts about myself. Not ones that I have already told them but ones they have picked up by themselves because they care enough to notice the little things I do.
I GIVE YOU A HAMBURGER
f UCK PLEASE NOT AGAIN
NOT THIS AGAIN
I HAVE SURVIVED LIKE 2 YEARS WITHOUT THIS DEEP HAMBURGER LEVEL SHIT
Oh god. It’s finally back.

Greymon is covered in a rhinoceros-beetle-esque shell and spews flames from its mouth. SkullGreymon puts too much importance on fighting, but it clings to life despite its body rotting. It launches organic missiles from its spinal cord. MetalGreymon has offensive power that rivals that of a nuclear warhead. It slashes enemies with its tethered trident-arm. WarGreymon is equipped with the strongest shield and can gather the energy within the atmosphere to concentrate into one spot and fire it as an extremely dense fireball.

THIS IS SO FUCKING AMAZING I HONESTLY CANT
Hey guys! So I’ve decided to try something out. I’m selling PDF copies of the Welcome to Hell Morguebook!
A Morguebook (or a morgue file) is a collection of photos/notes/etc kept on file and used for reference! I could’ve called it a production log or a sketchbook but there’s no wordplay there, so what’s the fun in that?
The Morguebook contains sketches, notes, storyboards, thoughts, and other things I kept track of while working on the film! As you can see from the images, it ranges anywhere from full-color illustrations, to character concept art, to incredibly crappy storyboards. Some pages are full of drawings and doodles, others have barely been touched. Some pages I was having a good day, and some pages I was lamenting my life choices. It’s a really mixed bag, but it’s an exact copy of the sketchbook I kept while working on the film!
It was previously used exclusively as a $25 Kickstarter reward, but now you can download it for $10!
I’m not selling it through an online store or service or anything, and it’s a PDF, not a physical copy. This is where the “I’m trying something out” part comes in, so bare with me! Maybe I’ll get a proper store page set up but for the moment, this is how it’s gonna’ work:
- go to the DOWNLOADS page
- click “buy now” (first button is Paypal, second is Square Market)
- go through Paypal or Square, and if the e-mail you want it sent to is different than the e-mail you’re using to pay, let me know!
- I’ll send you the thing!!!
Easy as that! At least I hope it will be. Like I said bare with me, I’m trying something new here!
((I’m also very open to feedback and suggestions!!))
Also if anyone’s interested in a physical, printed copy, let me know! I can see about getting them printed but the service isn’t exactly cheap.
If you’re having troubles or need to contact me: email@example.com
Having ordered immediately after seeing this:
I would absolutely love a physical printed copy too and would happily buy again to get one. Just in case you are gauging interest.
